Walraven USA is currently hiring an Inside Sales Specialist! The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Specialist will be developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets and order correct inventory for customers.

What you will do:

• Serving as Manufacturer Representative's internal point of contact
• Handling sales in geographical area assigned
• Driving sales & rep stock suggestions through phone, teams, & email
• Lead generation and project suggestions
• Assisting RSM’s with their reps as needed
• Working closely with VP of Sales & internal Danville team on suggested inventory levels for US Market
• Determining top selling items & product forecast
• Assisting team with ordering container product from Mijdrecht, NL
• Assisting Danville team with locally produced product forecasts
• Customer Service & Order Management
• Assisting with customer PO placement & tracking
• Providing customer service with reps & customers as needed
• Serving as Danville office sales team representative
• Assisting customers & manufacturer representatives during factory visits
• Ability to present the Walraven story & speak about relevant product

What you have:

• Inside Sales Experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
